My arms create her shelter
My 'I' protects her 'me'
My play distracts her humor
My game of Hide in She

My hurt shatters her comfort
My fire burns her ice
My guilt corrupts her innocent
My vulgar slays her nice

My lies erase her memories
My wrong destroys her right
My demons rape her sacrament
My weak impairs her might

My eyes observe her slumber
My thought defies her dream
My touch ignites her trembling
My metal loves her scream

My start is now her ending
My win is her defeat
My game was not her favorite
But she was quite the treat.

I love the little girl in this piece. She 's cowering into him, as if he's gonna protect her from himself.

... And I love how soft and warm and fuzzy you drew this. I like how plump and chubby they are. >D

It's so soft and beautiful. Like all your drawings. This one is a little scarier though, I must admit. But as an artist, you must express all aspects of humanity.

What kills me about your work is how many people tell you how great your execution is without even touching on the psychology behind it. Do they read your commentaries on your blog? Unknown. Do they know about the people who visit you and tell you their stories so you can give them a voice with your art? You don't do "good art" in my opinion. You do POWERFUL art, PROVACATIVE art, UNCOMFORTABLE art, and yes, it's well executed, but it's so very much more.

You do art of people and things I don't want to look at or think about, but can't help, because of what you do. The empathy you have for these lost souls is incredible, especially in light of their darkness. You are an amazing and effective conduit for them.
